Please follow the below instructions to complete the Missed Lesson Update on our registration site. Completing this information on the registration site will help us to expedite your request.

Instructions to complete the Missed Lesson Update:
1. Login to your ISR registration account using the registration link provided by your Instructor
2. Select “Medical Lesson Update” under the More Options menu for your child (the three dots next to the child’s name)
3. You will be prompted to answer 2 qualifying questions to determine if your child is ready for an MLU - if either answer is YES, please come back once your child is no longer having the symptoms listed.
4. Enter detailed information pertinent to the MLU questions and submit
5. You will hear back from the Registration Evaluation Team within 24 hours
